DANCE CARDIO

Shimmer, shine & shakie!  A lively, 55 MINUTE, multi-level, FUN-FOCUSED, high & low intensity interval dance cardio class.  All levels welcome!  Laughter and hard work are encouraged!!

D'INTERVAL CARDIO

PUSH, RECOVER, REPEAT...This 55 minute class alternates between high interval, cardio-pumping dance and lower interval, muscular-toning action. Big sweat sesh, BIG!

HOOP THERE IT IS

SHIMMY, SHINE & SHAKIE, SHAKIE!  A joyful, 55 MINUTE, MULTI-LEVEL, HIGH & LOW INTENSITY INTERVAL class with SEGMENTS OF TONING, dance cardio and HOOPING FOR ABS.  LEARN TO HULA HOOP & LAUGH A LOT!  BEGINNERS & ALL LEVELS WELCOME.  NO NEED TO KNOW HOW TO HOOP.  LAUGHTER AND HARD WORK ARE ENCOURAGED!!

DANCE & D'INTERVAL

THIS 55 MINUTE CLASS IS Half Dance Cardio and half D'Interval Cardio...a little interval cardio and a little toning and cardio.

HOOP & DANCE

THIS 55 MINUTE CLASS IS Half D'Interval Cardio and half Hoop There It Is...any way you look at it this class is pure toning and cardio intervals.

CARDIO BLAST

SQUEEZE THAT WORKOUT IN!  A lively, 30 MINUTE, FUN-FOCUSED, high & low intensity interval dance cardio class.  All levels welcome!  Laughter and hard work are encouraged!!  COMBINE CARDIO BLAST WITH ANOTHER CLASS FOR AN HOUR WORKOUT.

HOOP BLAST

MEASUREMENT & GOALS APPOINTMENT

MEET ONE ON ONE WITH A STAFF MEMBER TO TAKE or retake YOUR MEASUREMENTS, set/refocus your personal goals, and create a goal implementation plan.  15-20 minutes recommended every one to two months.

MEN'S STRETCH & YOGA

A calming 55 minute class with stretching and beginner yoga poses specifically for middle-aged and older men IN ORDER TO HELP ACHIEVE FURTHER FLEXIBILITY AND BALANCE.

KIDS YOGA

A playful, 55 MINUTE flow & glow class, for kids, that inspires physical activity, confidence and happiness. Games, yoga poses, music and giggles included.  FOR GRADES PREK-9TH.  12 students maximum.

KIDS DANCE CARDIO

A FUN, 55 MINUTE Play-filled Dance Cardio CLASS, FOR KIDS, THAT INSPIRES PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, CONFIDENCE AND HAPPINESS. Class has segments of GAMES, Dancing, and choreography experimentation.  GIGGLES INCLUDED.  FOR GRADES PREK-9TH.  12 STUDENTS MAXIMUM.

CONDITONING FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLERS

75 min class consists of 60 minutes workouts are to develop athleticism applying the components of speed, agility, strength, mobility, flexibility and power in an age appropriate manner. We will make your child into a well rounded complete athlete.  The last 15 minutes will focus on yoga + pliability with a certified yoga instructor.

FAMILY YOGA

An easy-going, 55 MINUTE CLASS, FOR families, THAT INSPIRES Physical fitness, happiness and togetherness. GAMES, YOGA POSES, MUSIC AND GIGGLES INCLUDED.  This is more child-like than adult-like and is for children ages 3+.
